Killsam – Underdog

Killsam has graced our ears with exactly what we needed right now. Introducing a
beautiful new school twist to a classic sound design & groove we all know & love.
Underdog is a fantastic representation of blending sounds & styles. Starting out with a
jazz bass sitting in it's sweet spot, big anthemic claps are contrasting the whole intro by
creating 3 or 4 different feelings. It's fantastic. Incorporated with an uplifting build up
which sounds very similar to a gatling gun, the highlight is the sound design within the
chorus. Koan sound like wobbles & bass patterns are split by a sharp trap style lead.
This track is everything it should be and more. A hats off to Killsam is needed.
